EASTER PARTY COCKTAIL

Our Easter Party just wouldn't be complete without a signature cocktail to sip on while bunny hopping! This drink is one you've got to try! It's not only easy to make, but delicious and makes enough to share with a friend or two! So go ahead, whip a batch up and enjoy!

SANGRIA BLANCO

Ingredients:

1/4 cup sugar good white wine (750 milliliters ea.)
3/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves (optional)
1 cup orange liqueur (such as... Grand Marnier)
2-3 cups lemon-lime soft drink, chilled (sprite or seven-up)
2 lemons, thinly sliced
2 oranges, thinly sliced
1 pint fresh strawberries, thinly sliced

Preparation:

1) Bring sugar and 1 1/4 cups water to a boil (this makes a simple syrup)in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and let stand 10 minutes.

2) Combine sugar mixture, white wine, and next two ingredients in a large container; cover and chill for 4 hours. Stir in lemon-lime soft drink and next 4 ingredients just before serving. Serve over ice if desired.

Enjoy this with Easter brunch, Easter dinner, or just for yummy refreshment anytime you like!
